Appointment Policy Guidelines

Dear Valued Clients,

At Carolinas Newborn Photography, I work strictly by appointment to ensure each session receives the care and attention it deserves. Please review the following policies to help your session run smoothly:

Arrival Time:

• I kindly recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This allows time for any final preparations and ensures we start on time.

Grace Period for Late Arrivals:

• If you are running late, I allow a grace period of 30 minutes.
• After 30 minutes, a $50 late fee will apply, and the session will need to be rescheduled to accommodate other appointments.

Payment Policy:

• All session balances must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment.
• If payment is not received, the session will need to be rescheduled, as the reserved time may be offered to another client.
